Every school year, the Academy children have the opportunity to go on some amazing field trips. These are just a few from this year.
We had our annual all school field trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium in October. No matter how many times the kids go, they always find something new and amazing to explore there! Here’s a great video of the K/1 class in the water wave tunnel: https://youtu.be/RWgaamPCTPQ
In October, the 2nd and 3rd Grades went to see the Monarch Butterflies at Natural Bridges. They even got to bring home caterpillars on milkweed plants to learn the life cycle of a butterfly! Check out the 2017 Academy Life page to see an awesome video of a butterfly emerging.
