2025 Drive For Schools! New year, new chance to win. We wish you luck in the drawing that will be held on October 26 at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
The Drive for Schools fundraiser has returned! That’s right, it’s back for the new 2025 school year.
For those of you who might be unfamiliar with the Drive For School fundraiser, we’ll fill you in. Drive for Schools was founded by Subaru of Santa Cruz in 2005 and historically offered a car as the grand prize. It is now sponsored entirely by the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the grand prize is $25,000 cash! In addition to the incredible grand prize, five $1,000 cash prizes and almost 100 other fun and valuable prizes. They provide the tickets, the promotional material, the prizes, EVERYTHING! and all we have to do is sell the tickets. What? Seriously! And the best part of this fundraiser is that our school gets to keep every dollar we earn! Thank you Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for this opportunity! Everything we need is provided and all we need to do is sell! And get this, tickets only cost $5! You can seriously drop 5 bucks on a ticket and win $25,000! Best $5 purchase ever! They also sell tickets in bundles where you can buy 6 for the price of 5, so you spend $25 and get 6 tickets! That’s one ticket for free!!
As of September 16th, we can officially start selling tickets and we have until October 19th to sell as many tickets as we can. There is no limit!
